What this is
HiringSim is a training tool for people who run interviews. Candidates are played by AI: they are fictional people and companies, and any resemblance is coincidental.
Results and rating
Debriefs, scores, levels and ratings describe how you ran a training interview. They are not an assessment of professional fitness and are not meant for decisions about hiring, dismissal, pay or careers, yours or anyone else's.
The trainer is not used to assess real candidates.
Fair play
Don't try to get around the candidate's rules, break it out of character or inflate your rating (multiple accounts, automation). We don't count such runs and may restrict accounts.
Don't paste personal data of real people or an employer's confidential information into the vacancy and company fields.
HiringAssist: the live interview copilot
HiringAssist (hiringassist.tech) helps an interviewer on real calls: a plan, hints during the conversation, notes and a summary after. People make hiring decisions: the copilot doesn't assess the candidate and gives no verdict.
Before starting, the interviewer confirms that the people on the call have been told it is transcribed. Following local rules on recording calls and on candidates' data is up to the interviewer or their employer.
Access: 7 days free, counted from the first interview, then by arrangement with us. Players in the trainer's rating top 3 use it for free while they stay there. Notes of interviews already held stay available.

The service is early and provided as is. Model answers can be wrong. We may change features, limits and these terms; significant changes will be noted on this page.
