CVs are full of “we”. What matters is what this person did themselves.
Strong questions
- «What exactly did you do, and what did the team do?»
- «Who owned this result?»
- «What wouldn't have happened without you?»
The usual miss
Taking “we launched it” as a personal achievement and moving on.
You're done when
You know the candidate's own contribution and who owned the result.
